The Eav's Junmai-Ginjo (而富純米吟釀) is the own label of The Eav’s Place in collaboration with a Japanese Brewery in Fukui Prefecture (福井縣). Made with specially selected rice “Gohyakuman-goku” (五百万石) and pristine water from the region, it has a slightly fruity aroma, with a sweet and softly-smooth taste.
The Eav's Cod Mentaiko Sauce (鱈魚明太子醬) is made from whole roe sacs of cod, which are cured with salt and marinated in various seasonings and spices. Best served with pasta or rice and ready in less than one minute for a perfect umami flavour.
The Eav's Monkfish Liver Mousse (鮟鱇魚肝醬) - Known as the foie gras of the sea, the monkfish liver is considered a delicacy in Japan. A rich, creamy and silky texture, to be enjoyed on crackers or toasted brioche.
Crafted by Japanese chef, the sauces are all freshly made in Hong Kong, no added preservatives and colouring.
