Grace Wine Yamanashi de Grace 2019
The wine is based on Muscat Bailey A from contract growers in the Hosaka district, Nirasaki city, at the foot of Mt. Kayagatake in northwestern Yamanashi prefecture, blended with estate bordeaux varieties from Misawa Vineyard. The wine is stored in French oak barrels (for about 8 months), followed by a well-balanced assemblage in a manner so as to maximise the varietal characteristics of the respective varieties.
By employing meticulously grown, high quality vinifera grapes from the Misawa Vineyard, the wine is fragrant and full of fruit flavours, characterized by varietal purity, and concentrated fruit with an elegant touch.
The soft texture goes well with food of all kinds and is perfect with Japanese, Western and Chinese dishes.
An approachable wine that expresses the region of Yamanashi.
